COVID-19 ALERT

Please DO NOT book online at Clinicare Fitzroy and Clinicare North Fitzroy if you are feeling unwell, or develop a fever or shortness of breath, cough, or respiratory illness. Please call the clinic directly and you will be triaged for a suitable appointment with the GP doctors.

You will be required to wear a mask at Clinicare. Masks are provided for FREE on request.

If you need general information on COVID-19, there is a dedicated hotline on 1800 675 398 for advice. There are also ‘Fever Clinics’ available for screening, testing, and treatment in our Public Hospitals:

• Alfred Hospital: Call 9076 6081 to book an appointment at Infectious diseases Outpatients Clinic Philip Block, Level 4, 55 Commercial Rd, Prahran VIC 3181.

• Austin Hospital: Call 03 9496 5000 for triage; appointments made on presentation to Emergency Department, Austin Hospital, 145 Studley Road, Heidelberg VIC 3084.

• Royal Melbourne Hospital: No need to call ahead; arrive Via Screening Clinic set up near Emergency Dept, with ENTRY via 300 Grattan Street, Parkville.

• Box Hill Hospital: Call 1300 342 255 COVID-19 Screening Clinic near Emergency Department, 8 Arnold St, Box Hill VIC 3128.

• Monash Medical Centre: Call 03 9594 6666 Emergency Department, 246 Clayton Rd, Clayton VIC 3168.

If you are an existing patient and require a Pathology Referral for a COVID-19 Test to a Private Pathology Company, please make a Telehealth appointment to obtain the referral.
